Labs

Labs is the workshop around the GRADE Stack. The stack itself is the finished standard: governed, reliable, agentic, deployed, evaluated. Labs is where I build in public against it: experiments, small tools, and working notes worth sharing before they harden into the open repo.

The first entry, an AI fine-tuning exercise built against the stack, is being written up now. New experiments land as they're ready, not on a fixed schedule.
